Complex or incomplete jobs may need a short clarification first.

The approved quote states the achievable manufacturing schedule.

No. Automatic manufacturing estimates are available before sign-in. An account is required when you submit a fabrication or design request for human review.
Is the automatic estimate the final price?
No. Configured fabrication jobs, including laser work, use the automatic price as an estimate. Workpiece reviews the manufacturing file and confirms a fixed price and lead time before payment.
What if I do not have a manufacturing file?
Use the AI designer for supported parametric parts, or submit a photographed sketch and written brief for a human 2D/3D design quote.
When does production begin?
For reviewed fabrication work, production begins only after Workpiece approves the job, you accept the confirmed quote, and payment succeeds. Store products follow the regular Store checkout flow.
